Follow-up visits with the doctor are mandatory every 6 months to renew your prescription. These visits are conducted via Zoom and billed at $50.

You’ll meet with your doctor over Zoom, and if you’d like, you can also visit us in person for a consultation to help set up your account.

All initial and follow-up doctor’s visits will be conducted via Zoom. The morning of your appointment, you'll receive an email with the Zoom link and your appointment details. If you schedule for the same day, you will receive the email a few minutes after booking.
If you need to change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
We place medication orders Monday-Thursday bright and early at 8am. Any new prescriptions will be ordered the next ordering day. Once your medication has been ordered, it will be shipped overnight in 1-2 business days. You will receive an email from us when we place the order, and a text from the pharmacy with tracking information once the label has been created.
Your medication will be sent to you in a cooler with ice packs to ensure that your medicine stays cool, even if it has to hang out on your doorstep until you get home.
Our quick online check-in forms take the place of an in-office weigh-in and help us keep track of your progress so we can best support you. They’re super short and usually take less than 2 minutes to complete. You’ll just need to weigh yourself before filling one out.
We’ll email your check-in form one week before your next order is due, with a few friendly reminder emails to follow. To make sure you don’t miss them, it can be helpful to set a personal reminder or create an email filter. Completing your form on time ensures there are no delays in getting your next medication order on its way to you.
Congratulations on reaching your goal weight! To discontinue the program, please inform us directly, and we will send you a form to complete.
Due to our automated ordering processes, we do require at least 14 day notice prior to your next scheduled order to cancel all upcoming orders immediately. If you contact us less than 14 days prior to your next scheduled order, we will cancel any subsequent orders following the upcoming one.
